Everglades Eco Safaris:

100% cancellation fee applies to all bookings cancelled within 48 hours prior to tour departure, or "no-shows". Cancellations must be advised by Email or Telephone during businsess hours of 9am and 5pm.

BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:

100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.

Jungle Adventures:

Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure. 10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent. Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

River City Cruises:

Jump Tours:

Jump Tours charges fees for cancellation by the customer depending on the time left before departure: 30 Days - 14 Days before departure: 25% of tour price 13 Days - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price Less than 48hrs before departure: 100% of tour price

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
